You’ll discover delicious new flavours and sample an emerging and innovative world cuisine, Advanced Australian Fare. You will taste the best regional and Australian produce and you’re supporting local farmers. We incorporate the freshest ingredients from our bountiful countryside, oceans and bays, and combine them with native herbs, spices and berries to produce a true taste of Australia. If you want something really special, try our five or eight course degustation tasting menus with exquisitely matched wines.

You’re encouraged to ask questions about the cuisine, the ingredients or our concept. We invest in training our passionate team so you’ll have a professional guide for your dining experience. You may think you aren’t too adventurous, but rest assured, you can rely on the knowledge and friendly guidance of our staff to help you choose meals you will thoroughly enjoy and return for again and again.
Will everyone enjoy it?
You can choose to experience the flavours of Australia, or you can keep it simple and select from premium meat or fresh seafood. Stéphane Brémont is classically French trained, so there will be selections for everyone’s taste. You can find a variety of choices whether you are vegetarian, piscetarian or celiac. If you have additional requests, let us know in advance and we can prepare you something special.

You are choosing from some of the lowest cholesterol and leanest meats in the world, we only use the freshest vegetables, add little salt and we select organic produce wherever possible. This means you experience the best flavours from fresh, healthy food.

You have a wide choice from over 50 of Australia’s best boutique and iconic wines, many of which are bought directly from the cellar door. We are proud supporters of good Queensland wines. We’ve made it easy for you to find the perfect wine to complement the fine cuisine at Tukka. You can also select from the largest range of Australian boutique beers in Brisbane, or from our extensive range of spirits including several Single Malts. There is something for every taste.
You want more?

You can take a 15-minute walk from the city centre down beautiful Melbourne Street or catch a cab for about $10 into the heart of bohemian West End. West End is a colourful and culturally diverse area and it’s safe to explore at night. We are conveniently located, so you will have no trouble finding us.
