Mission
Tukka aims to lead the development of Advanced Australian Fare, a modern and innovative international cuisine celebrating the flavours of Australia’s native foods.
We are creating a new cuisine that Australia can call its own for the enjoyment of locals and visitors alike. A cuisine that embraces the freshest ingredients from our bountiful countryside, oceans and bays, and combines them with native herbs, spices and berries to produce a true taste of Australia.
Our whole team is passionate about hospitality and focused on excellence. This is what drives us to create the very best dining experience with outstanding meals and exceptional service.
