Tukka’s ever changing Native High Tea is served on the last Sunday of the month.
This is but a sample of our 2012 mothers day platter to give you an idea of what you may find on your platter: Lemon myrtle pumpkin scones with rosella jam and chantilly cream, Profiteroles filled with white chocolate and pepperberry, Quandong fairy cakes, dark chocolate macaroons filled with davidson plum jam and 3 types of finger sandwiches -Anisata salmon gravlax, goats curd and lillputs,- Bush tomato relish and kangaroo and – cucumber and pepperberry.
Via bookings only we will be serving at 10.30pm
For $35 pp, enjoy three tiers of savoury and sweet treats with Tukka’s signature native twist with a choice of beverage from a refreashing native sorbet iced tea, hot brewed tea from our selection or for $5 have a glass of sparking wine.

Owner and Executive chef Bryant Wells was once a diner at Tukka restaurant when he casually asked the maitre de if there was a chef vacancy because he loved the concept, presentation and flavour behind the native inspired dishes.
By amazing fortune or by fate, there was and he started a month later. After 2 years, the position delevoped into Head Chef and fate again dealt him the hand of becoming Tukka’s owner. True story !

Holgate Brewhouse’s Brewmaster Paul Holgate and their Queensland Hoperative Dan Rawlings will be attending this masterful night of fine food and a perfectly matched selection of Holgate’s finest brews as listed below.
- White ale – Whit Beer – to match our Possum appetiser
- Mt Macedon – American pale ale – to match our Crocodile entrée
- Road trip – American IPA – to match our Pork belly entrée
- Pilsner – German style lager – to match our Palate cleanser sorbet
- E.S.B. – extra special bitter – to match our Emu main meal
& – Temptress – chocolate porter – to match our Dark chocolate dessert
Cost is $100 per person (all inclusive) – and seating is limited.
Arrival time is 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start
