Holgate Brewhouse’s Brewmaster Paul Holgate and their Queensland Hoperative Dan Rawlings will be attending this masterful night of fine food and a perfectly matched selection of Holgate’s finest brews as listed below.

- Pilsner – German style lager – to match our Palate cleanser sorbet

It was Mother’s Day last year that we launched our Native High Tea and today we are serving this unique tower of sweet and savoury morsels twice a month to rave reviews.

This year, our own Bryant Wells (Owner/Head chef) will be helping showcase the

It’s time to take sides: Team Beer? or Team Wine?.
With so many fantastic boutique breweries coming to the forefront of formal dining cellar lists, they are really giving our established and even the newer wineries a run for consumers attention.
For a bit of fun and to pit 2 of Tukka’s favourite beverage choices to go glass to glass we have created our own Beer verses Wine dinner, complete with matching menus to ’round’ out the experience (pardon the pun).
For Team Beer, let us introduce you to The Burleigh Brewing Company, from
Queensland’s Burleigh Heads. Creating tasteful beers for every dining experience they are sure to put up a great selection to match our native flavours.
For Team Wine, the long running and ever popular, Jim Barry Wines, from Clare Valley in South Australia. With such a proud history and enormous selection of varieties, it might be tough to narrow them down.

Due to the popularity and positive feedback on our recently created Native inspired High Tea, Tukka will now be serving an ever changing Native High Tea on the last Sunday of every month.
