Á La Carté Dinner Menu
Available from 6pm, 7 nights a week, our Á La Carté Menu features a wide array of culinary options for those looking to experience Australia’s true flavours. For the vegetarians, you will receive a beautiful entrée of grilled mixed asparagus, Tasmanian pepperberry hollandaise, soft boiled quail egg and shaved pecorino. Once you have finished every last bite of your entrée, you will be treated to a spectacular main consisting of Roasted beetroot tortellini served with goat’s curd foam and a garden fresh basil salad.
Just when you think that you are absolutely content with your dining experience, you will be offered a wide range of vegetarian friendly desserts including chocolate donuts with macadamia ice-cream, pumpkin and lemon myrtle tartlets and apple pie with rhubarb ice-cream.
