Valentine’s Day – Feb 14

Dine in at Tukka with your loved one this Valentine’s Day.
Tukka will be treating diners to a 3 course Set Menu on Sunday February 14th.
Bookings are available for either 6pm or 8pm.

For $90 pp receive complimentary chocolates and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival. 

For an additional $30 pp enjoy your meals with a glass of matching recommended wines.

Bookings require a $20 deposit per person which is fully refundable up to 3 days prior (No refunds will be given after Thursday Feb 11th)

Valentine’s Day Menu 2016

Appetiser – Strawberry gum cured crocodile ceviche, basil, watermelon and a finger lime dressing.

 

Entree – Butter braised Moreton Bay bug tail, nectarine gel and a dragon fruit, fennel and carbonated grape salad.

Recommended wine – Dalrymple Sauvignon Blanc – Pipers River Tas

 

Sorbet – Native hibiscus and ginger sorbet

 

Main – Seared kangaroo, fresh blackberries, char grilled spring onion, samphire, muntries and a blackberry gel.

Recommended wine – Yalumba “patchwork” Shiraz – Barossa Valley SA

 

Dessert – Cognac macerated strawberries, coconut sorbet vanilla sponge and a dark wattle seed chocolate ganache.

Recommended wine – Heggis Botrytis Riesling – Eden Valley SA
