Valentine’s Dinner – Feb 14

Join us for our annual Valentine’s Dinner for 2 Evening.

You and your loved one will be treated to a unique and delicious 3 course Set menu.

Bookings are being taken for 5:30pm and 8:00pm on Saturday February 14th.

Cost: $85pp   or $110pp with matching wines

Amuse Bouche – Crocodile ceviche served with a finger lime, watermelon and baby red chard salad

Entrée – Seared Moreton Bay Bug tail with squid ink fettuccini and a charred corn salsa

Palette Cleanser - Lemon Myrtle sorbet

Main – Pepper berry crusted lamb back strap, grilled leek, blackberry gel & roasted peach

Dessert – Anisata and sugarbag honey jelly, cinnamon icecream, dark chocolate sable, wattleseed wafer and a milk chocolate mousse
