The ever changing platter could have: Lemon myrtle pumpkin scones with rosella jam and chantilly cream or fresh sweet damper with Quandong jam and butter. Perhaps Profiteroles filled with white chocolate and pepperberry, Quandong fairy cakes, dark chocolate macaroons filled with davidson plum jam. The savory selection of Kangaroo finger sandwiches or Emu meatballs, crocodile ceviche or Anisata Salmon gravalax and pepperberry cream cheese pinwheels.

We have a beautiful selection of teas to choose from or if you haven’t yet tried Tukka’s own native Iced Tea with house sorbet, definitely do as an accompaniment to this fine platter of morsels.
